Ambassador Terms of Service

By participating you agree to:

  1. No incentive cloaking — promote Akupon honestly; disclose affiliate relationships per local law (FTC §255 / Bawaslu / etc.).
  2. No paid traffic on protected keywords (Akupon, AkuponFi, $AKUPON).
  3. No spam — bulk email/SMS without consent results in immediate removal.
  4. No bot / VPN farms — fake referees are detected and clawed back retroactively.
  5. Comply with local law — including securities/marketing rules of your jurisdiction.

Violation may result in tier downgrade, payout forfeit, or termination. Akupon's decision is final.
